Once you have completed all necessary house inspections (if applicable) for the household, and your customer confirms they would like to proceed with the product and ACT SHS loan application via Brighte, you can log into the Portal to create the loan referral.
You will be prompted to provide specific information relating to the product category you have selected.
A reminder that for certain products, there are specific product requirements set out by the ACT Government which Brighte will validate and check.
