Application approval process

After you have submitted a loan referral your customer will receive an SMS & email with a link to complete the application.

This will then be submitted to the Brighte team, who will assess the application and provide the outcome of the decision to you and the customer. You can manage this via the Portal, where you can review the status of each application submitted by your customers.
