Solar, solar batteries and off-grid solar systems.
The goods listed above (inclusive of installation costs) must not exceed 90% of the loan value.

Applicant fees

• $395 establishment fee added to loan amount
• $4.95/monthly account keeping fee included in repayments
• $30 late payment fee if you miss a repayment

Eligibility

Low doc eligibility criteria
Low doc: A loan that requires less financial documentation to prove income, assets and liabilities than a standard loan.

• ABN must be held for at least two years. Your previous ABN can be accepted for business continuity.

• Loans over $55K, either the applicant, guarantor, or spouse must own the property OR 20% deposit is required (Secured Loan)

Further credit details and documentation

• Equifax score above 500 is required.

• Asset & Liability Statement required for all applications when supported by a personal guarantee from directors and/or shareholders.

• Tax invoice with product serial number, make, model and year of manufacture. Invoice must be in the applicant business name and must have the following on it: Invoice to / Installation at with the correct installation address.

• No GST registration required.

• Directors guarantee required for all applications
