CommBank has partnered with Brighte to create a platform that connects their customers with trusted installers and suppliers, making it easier for homeowners to choose the right sustainable energy solutions with confidence. 

For selected Brighte accredited vendors, this program offers access to qualified leads from CommBank, streamlined quoting, and payment processes.

FAQs

What is the process for customers?
  1. Invitation
    CommBank are actively marketing to their customer base to direct them towards the Brighte Marketplace.
  2. Marketplace
    Customers can choose which upgrades they would like, compare and select vendors.
  3. Lead generation
    Leads will be sent to vendors by email. To access the customer's contact details, click the lead to be taken to the Brighte Portal.
  4. Customer quote
    We encourage you to arrange a site visit to ensure a more accurate quote. The proposal is then sent to customers. The marketplace fee should be included in the costing and not as a standalone line item, and any reference to finance should be removed.
  5. Referral and finance application
    Customers will review their quotes, and then apply for finance with CommBank.
  6. Installation and payment
    Once approved, you will be notified and can then complete the install, upload an itemised invoice, and request payment.

How do I receive leads?

Leads will be sent via email. A designated contact can be set in the Brighte Portal who will recieve all the leads. This should be a sales manager who actively monitors this inbox and can distribute leads to the team.

Which customers can access the program?

This is an exclusive program for CommBank customers. All lead generation, marketing, and communications will be led directly by CommBank.

How many vendors are taking part in the program?

Our goal is to keep this an exclusive opportunity for our most valued vendors in the Brighte Advantage program, ensuring visibility and less competition. As the program scales we will be adding other vendors to match demand.

Can customers access this program alongside other government programs administered by Brighte?

No, the CommBank program is entirely separate from other government programs, and customers will not be able to use CommBank finance for government programs.
