What success looks like

We want you to get the most of this program, it's a chance to grow your business with a truly customer-centric finance offering.

This is a guide for what success looks like, helping you to give your customers a smooth experience from quote to completion.

1

Set your customers up for success

Set your customers up for success by preparing them before they receive the finance referral. This helps to ensure faster approval time, and happier customers.

Program eligibility:

Verifying combined taxable income is up to $210,000

At the start of the loan application, Brighte will collect the Notice of Assessment (NOA) for each person on the property title.

We recommend that you let your customers know about the step so that they have their NOA available before they receive the finance referral.

NSW property criteria applies
  • The property is located in NSW
  • You own the property (as an owner-occupier or landlord).
  • The property is not social housing or used for short-stay accommodation.
  • You are an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident.

See the full eligibility criteria and customer journey.

2

Check your business requirements

NETCC is the most common gap. If you offer solar, batteries, or EV chargers, you will need to be a NETCC Approved Seller - more details.

Check and confirm you hold everything the program requires for the products you install. See vendor requirements for full details.
