What You'll Do
- Office Management - oversee all aspects of day-to-day office operations, including being key point of contact for receiving deliveries, access and upkeep of shared spaces including maintenance of the office seating plan. You'll be go-to contact for building management and external service providers and ensure the office is safe, functional.
- In-Office Activities - coordinate weekly in-office rituals that support connection and culture by managing catering orders, coordinating casual events or snacks to bring people together and handle any office logistics e.g. AV setup, content collation and space coordination.
- Office Supplies - manage all office supply needs - stationery, kitchen stock, tech accessories and employee merch. Maintain inventory and place timely, cost-effective orders, help track and manage budgets related to supplies and consumables.
- Facilities Management - act as first point of contact for all office maintenance and facilities needs. Coordinate repairs, equipment, contractor access and space improvements, Help monitor and escalate issues to ensure a well-functioning work environment and oversee WHS Management.
- Travel Coordination - support the logistics of travel for interstate team members attending events or in-office gatherings and assist with bookings and coordination to ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Events - plan and deliver internal events including EOY celebrations and onsite/offsite team events. You'll help coordinate everything from concept/content, vendors, logistics, budgets, run sheets and execution.
- Onboarding Management - own the on-the-ground Day One experience for new hires and help set up desks, welcome packs, tech and schedules. You'll be the first point of contact to greet new starters and ensure a smooth, memorable start.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in an office management, facilities or workplace experience role is highly advantageous.
- You’re organised, reliable and take ownership of your work.
- You’re warm, approachable and love working with people.
- You’re proactive, hands-on and love making things run well in combination with strong time management skills and a get-it-done mindset
- You have outstanding attention to detail and can juggle competing priorities.
- You’re confident managing budgets and supplier relationships.
- Ideally, you'll have experience with Confluence, Slack, MS Office Suite, Teams, Canva.
- You are skilled in navigating AV/Meeting Room tech (Teams, microphones, projectors)
