What You'll Do
- Drive growth through Brighte’s government and corporate partnerships, increasing awareness, lead quality and application volume.
- Optimise partner journeys and marketplace funnels to improve conversion from entry through to funded outcomes.
- Lead product-led growth initiatives, using data, experimentation and rapid iteration to unlock funnel uplift.
- Run structured growth experiments (hypothesis → test → learn) in collaboration with Product, Tech and Data teams.
- Build and optimise customer lifecycle journeys using CRM and automation to increase activation and completion rates.
- Develop partner and product marketing communications, including launches, co-marketing assets, events and webinars.
- Track performance and impact through clear dashboards, reporting and insights.
What You'll Bring
- You are a data-driven growth marketer with experience scaling acquisition through partnerships, digital journeys and lifecycle marketing.
- You have experience in running experiments, diagnosing funnels and driving iterative improvements.
- You have partnership growth experience ideally in fintech, marketplaces, energy, telco, or platform businesses.
- Hands-on execution: You enjoy doing the work - building journeys, analysing data, writing copy, running tests.
- CRM & lifecycle expertise: Skilled in HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Klaviyo.
- Analytics capability: Comfortable in Mixpanel/Amplitude/GA4; can turn data into decisions.
- You understand how product experiences can drive acquisition + conversion and have the ability to link activities to approved apps, funded loans, and ROI.
