What You'll Do
- Rapidly develop a deep understanding of Brighte’s business model, lending operations, and cross-functional processes.
- Proactively identify and explore new use cases and opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and deliver value to customers.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to gather requirements, develop business cases, and define priorities.
- Conduct first-line commercial and data analysis to evaluate business impact, viability, and ROI for potential initiatives.
- Formulate comprehensive scope documentation and a prioritised development pipeline to guide management decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals, requirements, and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, recommending enhancements, and helping teams adapt effectively to change.
- Communicate insights and updates clearly across multiple levels of the organisation, influencing stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in a financial services, lending, or operations context.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- You bring proven experience leading cross-functional scoping and requirements processes for complex, multi-phase projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in business case formulation, prioritisation, and ROI assessment.
- You are a skilled communicator, facilitator and bring strong interpersonal skills. You have the ability to build credibility and alignment across diverse teams.
- You are adept at translating business needs into clear, actionable technical and data requirements.
- You are highly organised and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- You are a self-starter who thrives on ambiguity, takes ownership, and drives initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- You are passionate about making an impact - continuously seeking opportunities to improve outcomes for Brighte, our partners and the wider business.
- Experience with either SQL or Snowflake is advantageous.
