We have flexible working options to suit individual needs, from reduced hours per week to personalised start and finish times, and job sharing arrangements.

We support families of all shapes, with 16 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carers, and an additional 8 weeks for birth-related recovery. Our employees also have access to free and confidential counselling.

Our employees and their families have access to free and confidential counselling support through our Employee Assistance Program and free access to the Headspace For Work app. We allow our staff additional time off to get their COVID-19 vaccination and booster shots. We also provide support for employees affected by domestic and family violence, or experiencing menopausal symptoms.

When you're at our office, we want you to feel comfortable and well-nourished. Our thoughtfully stocked pantry includes fresh bread and an array of spreads, seasonal fruits, premium coffee pods, a variety of milk options, a selection of cupboard snacks, and a fridge filled with an assortment of canned drinks. In addition, we offer a carefully curated collection of wines and beers on tap for those looking to unwind or enjoy a social moment.

We drive a culture of recognition by shining a light on our accomplishments and everyday victories. Our Brighte Stars program allows our people to reward their co-workers with stars that can be used to redeem awards like e-gift cards, digital subscriptions or a day off.
