Zac started his business in 2019 because he wanted to introduce a customer-centric approach that he believed would help differentiate him from competitors. We spoke to him about his approach during a recent air con install in an apartment in Ryde.
A significant milestone for Zac was hiring his first employee during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Taking this risk paid off, allowing the company to grow even during challenging times.

For Zac, customer service begins with the very first interaction. From practices like using shoe coverings to ensuring the job site is spotless at the end of the day, every detail is meticulously planned. This dedication has earned them a perfect NPS score of 100.

Driving to and from jobs is when Zac likes to listen to podcasts. A favourite is To The Point Home Services Podcast hosted by Chris Yano. Each episode has a different industry leader talking about how to help service companies grow. Focusing particularly on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing.
Three job essentials Zac takes on each job include: a vacuum cleaner, a ladder, and a protein bar. He always tries to leave the job cleaner than when he arrives.
