Vendor App update: Requesting payment from Brighte just got easier

We're always working on ways to make your job easier. The latest Brighte Vendor App update makes it easy for you to change the finance amount in an existing application, saving you time.
Change in finance amount? No worries
We understand that things can change throughout the course of a job, which can affect the amount of finance your customer needs.
You can now adjust the finance amount or reference number on an application in our app prior to requesting payment. Simply update the relevant field in the ‘Application details’ section and you’re on your way.
How does it work?
- Click on the ‘Applications’ menu and open the ‘Application details’ screen for any application you need to update.
- Edit the 'Total purchase amount’ for any application that is in ‘Pending Payment' or 'Approved’ status. Just look for a '>' to edit the field.
- Edit the ‘Reference number’ for any application, regardless of its status.
- Once you've updated the relevant details, click 'done' and follow the usual steps to request payment.
