2. Find out how much you can borrow before applying for our 0% interest free payment plan
We want everyone to make informed decisions. Before applying for a payment plan, a customer will complete a 2 step pre-approval process, to check they meet the initial criteria for a 0% interest payment plan.The criteria includes, home ownership, capacity to pay and being an Australian resident that is 18 or Over, full criteria can be found at FAQS.
If a customer does not meet the initial lending criteria for the 0 % interest-free payment plan, they can contact Brighte on 1300-274-448 (BRIGHTE) or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Open and Honest
We are upfront and honest with you about any fees, charges and changes to Brighte products. We are committed to meeting the needs of our customers and transparency is a core value we have as a business.
We currently disclose applicable fees to consumers prior to entering an arrangement. This is done in several places, including; the landing page of the self-serve application, loan application in the vendor app, pre-approval app, application summary, and payment plan schedule.
