What You'll Do
- Own and manage key existing stakeholder relationships (internal and external) to support meeting the asset backed funding requirements of Brighte’s warehouse and public ABS transaction vehicles
- Support the Head of Commercial Finance & Treasury manage and build on an already robust investor base
- An understanding of interest rate risk management, including operating and executing hedging policy and compliance
- Responsible for the daily funding operations of Brighte including liquidity management
- Opportunity to support Brighte’s credit product development and design
- Other elements of this broad role include maintaining appropriate controls, monitoring of the portfolio, compliance and reporting.
What You'll Bring
- Prior asset backed securitisation experience is mandatory
- Experience managing funding warehouse vehicles, including senior and mezzanine debt funders with direct experience in managing relationships with banks and credit funds in senior and mezzanine roles
- Prior experience managing ABS term-out transactions processes with arrangers, investor and relevant legal/regulatory parties (e.g RBA/ESMA compliance)
- Track-record of managing ratings agency processes, with green asset class certification experience viewed upon favourably
- Strong financial and credit modelling skills to ensure long term funding strategies are developed to support Brighte’s strategy
- Experience engaging with and building relationships with a the full range of investors (size, location, etc)
- Experience in risk management of liquidity and interest rate risk (e.g. input to hedging policy and maintaining risk within policy/lender requirements)
