Graphic & Digital Designer (Mid-Senior)

What You'll Do
- Design and deliver high-quality creative assets across digital, print, and motion (where applicable). You'll help ensure : Brighte's visual identity is instantly recognisable and consistently applied across all touchpoints, strengthening brand recall and trust.
- Manage and evolve Brighte’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and people teams to develop creative solutions that support campaigns, product launches, internal initiatives, and more.
- Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts that drive engagement and brand recognition. Our Marketing, Product, and People teams will actively seek your creative input and view you as a trusted partner in achieving their goals.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, balancing creativity with efficiency. You will establish efficient workflows and design systems that enable the team to produce high-quality work faster and more consistently.
- Maintain and evolve our design systems, templates, and brand guidelines. The templates, guidelines, and systems you maintain enable consistent quality output even as the company grows and team members change.
- Contribute to creative ideation and campaign development alongside the broader marketing team.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand, or visual communication roles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand, campaign, and digital design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Experience working within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to manage feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using AI design tools.
- Experience with motion design, video editing, or illustration is highly regarded.
- Experience with director photography and photography are advantageous.
