Eligibility guidelines for Category B

• You must be financially capable to repay the loan. A credit check will be undertaken to assess your financial suitability.
• The property is owned by you, or where you have full authority and approval to install chosen products.
• The Unimproved Value (UV) of the property must be at or below $750,000 for houses, or $300,000 for apartments, based on values from 2022.
• For purchases of products in Category B, you must provide a proof of removal of gas or inefficient electric appliances.
