Eligibility guidelines for Category A
- You must be financially capable to repay the loan. A credit check will be undertaken to assess your financial suitability.
- The property is owned by you, or where you have full authority and approval to install chosen products.
- For rooftop solar, the Unimproved Value (UV) of the property must be at or below $450,000 for houses, or $300,000 for apartments, based on values from 2022.
- For all other products, the Unimproved Value (UV) of the property must be at or below $750,000 for houses, or $300,000 for apartments, based on values from 2022.
- The Home Energy Support rebate will be available to eligible customers with a property valued at $750,000 or less in 2022 for all products, including solar rebates. This program is for concession card holders including for Australian Pension, Department of Veterans Affairs concession card holders and Health Care Card holders.
