Brighte Customer Portal: Check application status and complete next steps

21 October 2026

The Brighte Customer Portal gives customers a clearer way to follow their application, complete important next steps and find answers themselves.

Customers can use the Portal to:

  • check their application status
  • see document requests from Brighte
  • upload requested documents
  • confirm their installation is complete

Logging in to the Customer Portal

Your customers can login to the Customer Portal by visiting brighte.com.au/login.

From here, they can enter their mobile number and then they will be sent an SMS with a verification code to enter into the login page.

Your customers will be able to login to the Portal once their application has been submitted. This is the point where we create an account for them to login to so that they can track their application and manage their account.

See latest application status

The Customer Portal will show the latest status updates for applications. This could include:

  • application being reviewed
  • additional documents required
  • application being processed
  • installation confirmation required
  • account finalisation in progress

The Portal also shows when the application was last updated, helping customers understand whether there has been a recent change.

See document requests from Brighte

If Brighte needs more information to continue reviewing an application, your customer can see the request in the Customer Portal.

A document request will include details about what information is needed, what documents to upload, and what happens next.

Customers should review the request carefully and provide the information or documents requested.

Providing the correct information can help the application continue through the next stage of assessment.

Provide documents directly to Brighte

Customers can upload requested documents directly through the Customer Portal.

This gives customers one place to view the document request and provide the necessary documents to get their application moving.

Customers should make sure their documents are correct before uploading them.

After uploading, the customer will need to wait while Brighte reviews the information.

Confirming that the installation is complete

Once the goods or services have been delivered and the installation is complete, eligible customers can confirm this through the Customer Portal.

The Portal will show an installation confirmation prompt when this action is available.
