Katherine is the Founder and CEO of Brighte. With over 20 years’ experience in Investment Banking and Financial Services including 14 years at Macquarie Bank, Katherine is a board member of University of Wollongong and non executive board member at Australian Finance Industry Association.

As the CEO and CIO of Grok Ventures. Jeremy has over 15 years experience as an entrepreneur working as founder of BetterWealth and Vista, and working across investments for Macquarie and Rabobank.

Grok Ventures Operator-in-Residence. Former Atlassian GM for Jira, founder/early stage product leader for Reactivity, MessageOne.

Dave Parfett is an Operating Principal at AirTree Ventures where he works with early and growth stage companies, helping them scale, raise capital and exit. Dave represents AirTree on the boards of Employment Hero, DesignCrowd, HotDoc, Edrolo, Prospa, Brighte, Spaceship and others. Before joining AirTree, Dave spent 16 years advising, operating, and investing across various B2B and B2C sectors, spanning different business models and growth phases. Commencing his career in investment banking and then management consulting, Dave subsequently led the development and market entry of three B2C businesses, in addition to founding and leading Qantas's CVC arm.

Anna has broad in-house legal experience within domestic and international financial services organisations. She has worked as a lawyer with HSBC, ING Bank, AMP and Westpac in retail banking, business banking and institutional divisions supporting consumers, Government entities and corporate clients. She enjoys the commercial and strategic focus of an in-house role, especially in a fast-paced fintech environment.
