How Brighte works for our customers

3 simple steps to make sustainable and comfortable homes more affordable for everyday Australians.

Step 1: Get a quote

First, we'll connect you with our network of trusted tradies to get quotes.

Step 2: Lock in a date

Now that you've been connected with one of our accredited tradies - next up is booking a date for installation. Some times of year are busier than others, so this part usually needs a little flexibility.

Once the work is complete, Brighte pays your tradie in full.

Step 3: Start saving

You’re good to go! Fortnightly repayments kick-off. We'll notify you in advance before each payment.

The average Brighte customer saves over $1000 annually on their electric bill.* This can offset your repayments in a big way.

What's the catch?

We get this a lot. The only fees we charge on our 0% Interest Payment Plan is our $2.15/weekly account keeping fee (which is calculated in your fortnightly repayment) and our $75 establishment fee payable on your first repayment date.

If you miss a payment, there's a late fee of $4.99 (but these are capped at $49.90/year). If you need to adjust your plan for hardship or any other reason, call us up. Our friendly customer support team is available 7 days a week on 1300 274 448.

We have a mutually beneficial relationship with our network of trusted tradies. They don't have the hassle of chasing up customers for payment. They should never charge you more just for using finance either.

Why Brighte?
