Get paid sooner with Brighte’s new invoiceless payments

Spend less time on invoice admin and more time growing your business with invoiceless payments.

We’re all about saving you time and creating efficiencies, and our new invoiceless payments update does just that. With invoiceless payments and applications, you can save time and get paid sooner.

What’s changed?

While working closely with our vendor partners, we found that processing invoices can take several hours each week. That’s time better spent working on an installation, chasing up a lead or quoting a new customer.

Our new invoiceless payments and applications process takes away the pain of finding and uploading customer invoices when submitting Brighte payment requests. When the job’s done, just tick a box and click submit to get paid - it’s that simple.

Enabled for our 0% Interest Payment Plan, Brighte Green Loan and Brighte Personal Loan, this update makes it even easier for you to make use of our finance solutions on the go through the Brighte Vendor Portal or App.

How does it work?

To request payment via the Brighte Vendor Portal, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to the portal, go to ‘All applications’ and filter by status ‘Approved'
  2. Search for the relevant customer’s application
  3. Review and confirm details by ticking the box to confirm that the installation is complete and the customer details are correct
  4. Request payment. The payment status will change to ‘Payment pending’

To request payment via the Brighte App, follow these simple steps: 

  1. Open the app, go to ‘Applications’ and filter by status ‘Approved'
  2. Go to the relevant customer’s application and press the ‘Request Payment' button
  3. Review and confirm details by ticking the box to confirm that the installation is complete and the customer details are correct
  4. Hit submit. The payment status will change and your payment will be processed by Brighte

*Although this update significantly reduces the need for invoices, there are still some occasions where an invoice is needed. Invoices are still required for the ACT Sustainable Household Scheme and Brighte’s SME loan products.
