Your warranty - what if something goes wrong?

Round up the paper work you received when the system was installed. You would have also received your warranty information. If you can’t find your warranty information call the retailer who installed your system.

Check to see if your system is still under warranty. It is? Great! Contact the solar retailer who installed your system and run them through your troubles. If your system is out of warranty still give your solar retailer a call as they may be able to assist.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you can reach out to the relevant Fair Trading or Consumer Affairs office in your local state or territory.

What should I do if the company I brought my solar panels has gone out of business?

If you think the company has gone out of business, contact the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) by phoning 1300 300 630 or your Local Fair Trading or Consumer Affairs office.
