Each business case is different. On average, our online vendor accreditation process takes no more than 10 minutes to complete

You can submit your customers application via our portal, mobile app or by contacting our friendly customer service team on 1300-BRIGHTE
We will debit your customers nominated credit card or bank account on the payment frequency they select
As soon as the job is complete and a tax invoice is uploaded to the Brighte vendor portal, you will get paid the same day

You can reset your password by going to the login page of the Brighte website and clicking the ‘Forgot password’ link. Then enter your email address and instructions to reset your password will be sent to your inbox.
Account administrators can add other team members to the Vendor Portal in the ‘Team Members’ section by clicking on the ‘Add a team member’ button.
