Setting development goals at Brighte

Employees set milestones for development in their current role and long-term career goals, as well as identifying opportunities to gain critical experiences, and are encouraged to arrange regular one on one’s with their leader to reflect, seek feedback and check in on progress.

Sprint reviews

Our product and tech teams have regular meetings where they showcase what they have accomplished during their sprint. During this informal review, the team demo new features and improvements and share their learnings with the wider team.

Research and innovation hub

Brighte’s Research and Innovation team promote processes, methods and approaches that enable anyone at Brighte to take an evidence-based approach to their work.

Good Company

In our monthly speaker series, Good Company, we hear from leaders across the sustainability landscape.

Lunch and learn

Regular ‘lunch and learn’ events provide opportunities for people from different teams to meet up at lunch and learn something new, and share their skills and expertise with the business.

Acknowledgement of Country

Brighte acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional custodians of our land - Australia. We pay our respect to them and their cultures and to the elders past, present and emerging. The Gadigal of the Eora Nation are the traditional custodians of the land on which Brighte’s office stands.
