The Role
This is an exciting contract opportunity for someone who is passionate about sustainability and has a creative flair that will help to bring the Brighte brand to life!
You will sit within our marketing team and work closely with all business departments to support on our inhouse design needs. If have a good eye for design, enjoy clear communication and collaboration and want to work in a past face environment then this could be the role for you.
We are looking to employ a designer on a 3 month contract with the potential to go permanent.

In the role you will:

  • Bring our brand to life across a range of digital and print marketing materials, from landing pages, to EDMs, display ads, social media assets, animation, flyers and infographics.
  • Deliver best in class creative outcomes to meet our commercial, customer, and brand goals
  • Prioritise and manage projects with internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed to spec, with high quality, and on schedule
  • Work to grow and shape our brand on our mission to make every home sustainable.

Who you are:

  • Experience in a graphic design role, ideally within an inhouse marketing team.
  • Experience working with, and growing brand guidelines.
  • Feel at home within Adobe CC and Figma - bonus points for After Effects and Premiere.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, from taking on a brief, setting and managing expectations, and receiving and implementing feedback.
  • Ability to advocate for our brand across the business and champion high quality execution that moves our mission forward.
