Content & Community Lead

What you'll do

  • Define content strategy and story telling for Brighte, by deciding what we write about, how to write it, and how to optimise it for different audiences and channels.
  • Produce content that is creatively inspiring from concept through to execution for all owned channels and partner marketing needs.
  • Be the eyes and ears of our community, sourcing user stories that we could showcase
  • Have the rare ability to be able to see every minute content opportunity, both planned and last minute, and tie them together to deliver against both short term and long term targets.
  • Achieve aggressive business goals through ideation, planning, A/B and multivariate testing, reporting and most importantly by never settling for second best
  • Use best-practice SEO strategies to look for new content opportunities and optimise existing content
  • Help amplify our content through partnerships
  • Continuously evolve our channel and content strategy through analysis of data to understand what is working and what's not working. 
  • Who you are

  • 8+ years experience working in content
  • A content geek obsessed with all types of content and all formats, even the boring ones
  • Well-versed in SEO, CRO and social media
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing on a content strategy for organic channels
  • A great storyteller with exceptional creative writing skills
  • A quick learner, self-motivated, ambitious with a hunger to win
  • Confidence to operate in a quickly changing environment
  • Positive, roll up your sleeves can-do attitude with focus on results
  • Passion for sustainability is a plus
