The Role
This is a key role within our Marketing team that will allow to be creative, think outside of the box and be an integral part of bringing the Brighte brand to life . You will have the opportunity to entertain and educate Australian’s about the power of sustainability and own the ideation, creation and scheduling of content across our social media channels.
Who you will work with
You will report into our Content and Community Lead on creating our content. You will also work closely with our design team and our growth marketing team who will assist you building our brand identity.

What you will do

  • You will plan, ideate, create and schedule content across our owned channels; specifically our social media channels and blog and bringing our campaigns to life
  • You will work closely with our Design, Comms and Growth teams to bring to life content across our website and always on social channels
  • You will manage and produce the social media content calendar to align with business objectives while working with our cross functional team to ensure integration
  • You will initiate, brief and manage delivery from briefing designers, to working on cross functionally campaigns, to briefing copywriters on long form articles, to working with influencers
  • You will monitor, analyse and report content performance while recommending opportunities to improve activity; analysing data and injecting creativity will guide how you optimise your recommendations

Who you are

  • You have experience working in social media, communications, marketing, digital or content teams
  • You are an expert in using marketing tools; Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter, Hootsuite
  • You enjoy writing copy, especially social media posts you like rolling your sleeves up, working cross functionally and getting things done
  • You have your finger on the pulse for social media and content; you stay on top of the latest trends and identify tactics that will connect with different audiences
