In this role you will be responsible maintaining the operational infrastructure systems. You will provide support and solutions to the wider operations team and manage the implementation and improvements of our technology and systems.
You will work with
As our new Systems Administrator you will work closely with our operations team leads as well as partnering with our 3rd party system providers. This role will give you insight into all operational teams and allow you to collaborate with our credit, sales and finance teams. You will also have support from our IT operations team.
What You Will Do Work with the Continuous Improvement team to identify system improvement opportunities from process changes through to new software requirements and integrations across our software and systems Manage Brighte’s Operational systems infrastructure, implement improvements to maximise service availability, efficiencies and ensure high customer and agent satisfaction Be the subject matter expert for settings, management, maintenance & work with 3rd party providers to improve the way we use our operational systems Identify, report and respond promptly whilst embedding and training the team on the correct way to use our software and systems
Who You Are System Administration experience, with a passion for progression and self development, with excellent technical ability Ideally has similar experience within a financial services call centre or operational environment A high performer with a demonstrated track record of career growth and drive Advanced technology skills on relevant platforms (contact centre software, databases)
