Brighte is rapidly growing and on a mission to make every home sustainable starting with 1 million Brighte powered homes. As a Business Analyst in the Internal Product team, you help drive the evolution of internal tools and platforms to help scale the business.
You will be responsible for analysing the current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and work with the product teams to deliver new features for our customers.
The successful applicant will be user-centric and naturally investigative, possessing strong communication skills.

What you'll do

  • Working with stakeholders to understand their context, needs and concerns.
  • Effectively identify and define business needs and problems spaces to enable a feasible solution scope to be developed.
  • Gather, organise and synthesise large amounts of information from various sources.
  • Translating requirements into detailed user stories and specs, including acceptance criteria, ensuring the stories can be tested.
  • Engaging with the engineering teams (internal and external) to deliver the outcome.
  • Maintaining consistent and constant communication with stakeholders, in alignment with the Product Managers.
  • Developing documentation including Business Requirements documents and specs.
  • Who you are

  • Previous experience in Financial Services / FinTech is required (3 years)
  • finPower product knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to investigate and determine the root cause of issues and determine underlying needs for change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management/engagement.
  • Sound process mapping, process improvement and documentation skills.
