The Role
This is a newly created position to be part of our ever-growing FP&A team!
Reporting to the Head of Group FP&A, you will work closely with the FP&A team, Corporate Development team and Senior Leadership to provide financial modelling support. 
As the Financial Analyst, you will own the master financial forecast model and provide the business with invaluable insights into key metrics and early warning signals.
Who You Are
You are CPA or CA qualified with a few years post-grad experience. Areas like banking, Big 4 and Chartered accounting is ideal.
You are highly skilled in designing, building and augmenting complex financial models.
You are a commercial thinker who can liaise and partner with all levels of management to achieve a common goal.
You are a team player who thrives in a fluid environment, with a focus on continuous process improvement.
What You Will Do
Analyse financial and systems data to provide insight and support in business decisioning.
Develop financial models to evaluate profitability and performance of proposed alliances, promotions and products.
Monitor and measure the impact of prepayments, arrears and write-offs on the loan book.
Assist in preparation of annual budget planning and forecasting.
Provide financial and non-financial analytics to actual performance.

Familiarity with Sequel coding and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
A high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an unstructured and agile environment.
