As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive Brighte’s acquisition and growth.
You will identify, develop, define, negotiate and close business relationships within the Home Improvement and Solar industries.
This is a remote role, but you will have close working relationships with our Head of Sales and Partnerships and the wider BDM/Sales teams.
Who You Are
You are passionate about sustainability, customer experience and collaboration amongst teams.
You enjoy autonomy, are proactive and driven.
Extensive experience in Business Development with demonstrated success – if within energy, point of sale finance, buy now pay later etc is a massive plus!
You are adept in needs discovery and negotiation.
What You Will Do
Research and identify new vendors whereby a symbiotic relationship could be fostered.
You will meet with prospective and existing vendors, qualifying their needs and goals, and develop value propositions and strategies around your findings.
As is standard with any sales role – close new business deals and grow vendor relationships, whilst providing stellar service.
You will provide a high level of after sales support, no “setting and forgetting” here!
You will also have a hand in the development and adjustments of your territory’s marketing strategy.
