Senior Payment Solutions Officer

What You'll Do

  • Daily management of your designated Task Manager and ensuring high level of quality on accounts allocated to you & achieve designated performance benchmarks in line with company expectations
  • SMS campaigns to overdue accounts
  • Dialler campaigns on overdue accounts
  • Taking on escalation calls/emails that require senior intervention, not limited to just Payment Solutions agents
  • Implementing collections monitoring and providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team members
  • Call quality evaluations
  • Team Rostering
  • Reinforcing our hardship policies and procedures in line with our Hardship policy
  • Assist in and understanding of the write off process with stakeholder engagement
  • Assist colleagues through knowledge sharing
  • Enlist the efforts of senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection/recovery process
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with the team and management, sales team and vendors
  • Organise Team outings/social activities in conjunction with team lead & manager
  • Who You Are

  • Sound knowledge of Brighte policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • A passion for customer service alongside strong judgement, logical thinking to obtain the best outcome for the customer and the business
  • Able to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure, and dynamic environment meeting customer needs
  • A quick learner who is able to develop sound knowledge of Brighte’s products, our policies and relevant legislation High level of problem solving, dispute resolution and negotiation skills
  • A team player with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • A forward thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes continuous process improvement solutions
  • Able to work autonomously with strong attention to detail Aligned to Brighte’s Values which are Deserve the Customer, Brighter Together, Call the Ball, Be Human and Think Big Stay Green Understanding of relevant regulatory legislation under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act (2001) (ASIC Act), Competition and Consumer Act, The Anti-Money Laundering, and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act and Privacy Act; and National Consumer Credit Protection Act
  • Strong computer skills, past experience with CRM preferred but not required High level problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Professional customer service experience with both internal and external clients
