Brighte is on a mission to make every home sustainable starting with 1 million Brighte powered homes. As a Senior Product Manager at Brighte, you help drive the vision, create and shape the roadmap, and build the products that get us there. 

What you'll do

  • Work closely with the Head of Product and the team to drive the product vision and strategy for Brighte’s sustainable finance capabilities and ensuring alignment with the wider Brighte purpose and mission
  • Own the roadmap, identifying and prioritising the capabilities to continuously enhance customers' experience and accessibility to sustainable finance
  • Balance long term thinking with moving quickly, evaluating the trade-offs and have a bias for action
  • Combine your instincts, experience, and deep analytical thinking to define, measure, and track key business and customer value metrics
  • Contribute to the product management culture and craft as we grow, including coaching and product evangelism
  • Stay on top of the latest market trends in the energy, tech and finance industries to ensure that the capabilities Brighte is building are taking the opportunities
  • Work closely with the user experience, research, and engineering teams to continuously learn more about our customers, set clear goals, and make priority decisions
  • Motivate those around you, rally the team to work together and ensure everyone is working effectively to reach their goals
  • Who you are

  • Extensive product management experience (6+ years), ideally in a fast-growing software company or fintech
  • A problem solver who is excited by a challenge, able to take complex and complicated problems and chunk them into small achievable actions
  • Know how to focus and prioritise opportunities, balancing the needs of our customers with those of our business and can clearly explain the rationale behind your decisions
  • Ability to translate product objectives into specific growth and engagement metrics and levers
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, ability to move with a sense of urgency, sensitivity to give people space to offer suggestions
  • Inspire teams to build better products with a constant dedication to understand, question and improve the experiences for our customers.
