This role is key to strengthening the data visualisation skills of our analysts, enabling them to to deliver actionable insights. You will support them to embed the use of data to drive decisions across all levels of seniority at Brighte.
Who you will work with
As our new Data Visualisation Analyst you will work closely with our people, legal and risk team to bring data to life. You will also work closely within our centralised data hub which offers support and empowers our analytics community.
Who You Are You love using data to tell a story and are confident using Tableau to do so You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with and influence all levels of seniorityYou can take ambiguous requirements and deliver exceptional interactive experiences that wow people You are proficient in using SQL
What You Will Do You will define best practice guidelines and design protocols to ensure consistency of data visualisations across our analytics teams You will devise and run training sessions for the analytics community to achieve consistent use of the guidelines and design protocolsYou will contribute to lifting data literacy across Brighte You will work closely with our Chief People, Risk & Legal Officer and team to support them on all of their data requirements
