The Role
We are looking for a superstar EA to join the growing Brighte team to support our Energy business. We need a dynamic and organised EA who loves a challenge, is calm under pressure and loves being kept on their toes.

What You Will Do

  • You will offer support to 4 senior leaders within the energy team.
  • You will manage the diaries for the Energy team including coordination of all meetings/conferences/Events and assist in the preparation of agendas, documents (pre-read) and presentation material.
  • You will be a problem solver and solve any problems that arise for the leaders and help them to prioritise tasks and ensure regular tasks are on track for completion aswell as assist with key projects and initiatives as well as all events.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation where required as well as manage expenses and invoicing and act as the main contact for suppliers (together with IT).
  • Regularly meet with office support staff to share ideas, information, alignment and feedback on day to day activities and processes.

Who You Are

  • You will have extensive experience as an EA/PA role at a Senior Management level.
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and an ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities.
  • Have a proactive approach and be a self-starter. Be comfortable with minimal supervision.
  • Be tech savvy with a strong background in administrative tools (MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Zoom) with the ability to learn quickly;
  • Be confident working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a varied workload and multiple deadlines (be ready to roll your sleeves up) and have outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Have an open mind and inclusive attitude, including a willingness to work across all teams within the company;
  • You are a problem solver, you are unflappable and stay calm under pressure and you are flexible and comfortable working within an ever changing environment.
