The primary responsibility of the role is to provide IT support for the internal business departments, clients, and stakeholders. You will support a wide range of IT systems and applications, including (but not limited to) Office365, Azure, Intune, Security and compliance, Cloud Services, and In-house Software Systems.
BAU systems administration tasks working out of a ticket system and on projects (i.e.. MacOS, Windows Laptops, Cloud services, Backup, Storage, Network and Security solutions).
Who you will work with
In this role you'll report directly to our Head of IT Ops. You'll work closely with our Application IT Support, System Admin, IT Support Analyst, as well as our external partners.
You'll also have the opportunity to support our wider departments such as Customer Support, Tech & Product, Sales & Marketing, as well as Risk/Credit/Legal teams.

What you will bring
Good experience working as an Internal Systems Administrator in medium size environments
Proven experience supporting Windows and Mac computers
Experience supporting Microsoft Technologies (Windows 7/10, Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure)
Password word management tools
Experience supporting network switches, routers & firewalls
Good knowledge of ITIL methodology including Incident, Change, Problem and Knowledge Management
Documentation, Knowledge base, new documentation
One to One end user training
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Experience with AWS/Google/Atlassian
